Fina Valenzuela-Fletcher (she/her) is the founder of Mindful Minds Marketing. With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, she provides strategic, sustainable, and affordable solutions tailored to each business’s unique vision and budget.

As the creator of Mindful Minds, a podcast launched in 2021, Fina has grown a global platform with over 40,000 downloads, 19,000+ TikTok followers, and 3.3 million likes. Her expertise in audience engagement, content creation, and organic social media growth has solidified her as a trusted voice in her field.

Fina served as the Event & Marketing Coordinator for Kitsap Women in Business for the last two years and is a board member of The Social Soiree, where she supports community-focused initiatives. Her previous role as Marketing and Communications Director for the Bremerton Backpack Brigade allowed her to use storytelling and marketing to make a meaningful impact.
